Your entire sales team. One shared intelligence.

An ambient intelligence layer for modern sales teams. Connect your tools, give every teammate a context-aware agent, and let AI coordinate the work that falls between systems.

Illustration of the product: the Halvorsen Freight account with a live summary and meeting insights, a shared team space where three teammates' agents coordinate after a call, and a customer commitment due Friday that needs attention.

One customer, four versions.

The CRM, the call, the inbox and the team chat each hold part of the story. None of them holds all of it, so people do the stitching by hand.

“Could we hold signature until after our Dec 3 board meeting? Elena”

JonahWho's sending Halvorsen the security doc? They asked me.

TomásThought Maya had it?

Three close dates. No clear owner for the one thing promised to the customer. The work of keeping it in sync falls on people.

  • Copy call notes into the CRM.
  • Re-explain the account at every handoff.
  • Search threads for who promised what.
  • Chase updates before every pipeline review.

The layer between your apps.

AI that understands the work between your apps. Not another place to type: it reads what already happens across your tools and keeps people and their agents working from the same picture.

Context that follows the work

A continuously updated understanding of every customer: what was said, what changed, what was decided and what is owed.

Agents that work for people

Every teammate gets an agent that knows their role, priorities and history, and acts only within what they allow.

One coordinated team

Agents share context in team spaces, so a handoff is a sentence, not a meeting.

A promise, kept by the whole team.

Follow one customer commitment from the moment it is spoken on a call to the moment it is delivered.

What falls between people.

Because it sees the whole workflow, it catches what no single tool can. With your permission, it also does something about it.

For MayaForgotten follow-up

You told Elena she'd get the Bergen rollout timeline early this week.

It's Thursday and nothing has gone out. A draft built from the call notes and Jonah's onboarding plan is ready.

Around the tools you already use.

Dovetto is designed to sit on top of your stack, not replace it. These are the first integrations we are building toward. They are planned and in development; none are available yet.

  • Reads what already happensCalls, threads, records and messages become shared context.
  • Writes back where you allow itYour CRM stays the system of record, and stays current.
  • Nothing to migrateNo new place for the team to type. The work stays where it is.

Questions.

Can I use Dovetto today?

Not yet. We are building it now and working with a small group of early-access teams to shape it. This page describes where we are headed, not a finished product.

Do we have to replace our CRM?

No. The idea is to sit on top of the tools you already use. Your CRM remains the system of record; the agents keep it up to date.

What can an agent do without asking?

You decide. By default we expect agents to handle internal updates on their own and to ask a person before anything reaches a customer, or before changes like a forecasted close date.

How is a commitment different from a task?

A task is something someone remembered to write down. A commitment is a promise made to a customer, captured from the conversation itself, with an owner, a due date and the evidence of what was said.

Which tools will you support first?

Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams are the first integrations we are designing for. None are live yet. Early-access teams help us decide the order.

What happens when I join the early access list?

We will be in touch as we open spots, starting with teams whose stack and workflow we can support well.

Stop managing the gaps between your tools.

Give your team an intelligence layer that understands the whole picture.

  • Be among the first teams to get personal agents.
  • Help decide which integrations we build first.
  • Hear from us when your spot opens, not before.

We only use your details to contact you about early access.
